Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

It appears that there is delay of 817 days in fling the Criminal Appeal after the conviction order.

The applicant is in jail since his arrest in the crime. It appears that due to lack of legal knowledge he had not preferred an appeal immediately within prescribed period of limitation. As the applicant is convicted and sentenced to 20 years of imprisonment, appeal required to be admitted.

Hence the delay caused for fling appeal is hereby condoned. 6.

Accordingly Criminal Application No. 1639 of 2021 is disposed of.
