PER COURT :- 1) Heard. The review applicant is seeking review of order dated 1st October, 2007 passed by this Court rejecting Writ Petition No.4782/2006. The subject matter relates to transfer from one School to other, which was effected on 31.5.2006. No interference is called for in the matter of transfer of an employee which was effected in 2006, after lapse of more than nine years.
