The petition is of 2001 challenging the order passed by the school tribunal allowing the appeal filed by the respondent. The petitioners are directed to be reinstated in service. However, the Management has approached this court. Interim relief, is operating against the respondents. 2.

In view of that application is moved for fixing the early date of hearing.
