Heard learned counsel for the petitioners for some time. He submitted on instructions that petitioners would be satisfed that direction is given to the trial Court to expeditiously dispose of the main matter.

The incident took place in the year 2015 and the matter involves betting under the Maharashtra Prevention of Gambling Act. In view of this circumstances, this Court holds that direction can be given to the trial Court to expeditiously dispose of the main matter itself.
