The learned Advocate for the petitioner, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition so as to avail an alternative remedy of filing

( 2 ) 1010 WP-9235-2021 Original Application before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in the light of fresh cause of action.

Needless to state that the time taken in prosecuting this writ petition would be considered by the learned Tribunal while considering the prayer for condonation of delay.
