We have briefly heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. The learned AGP points out the Government Resolution dated 27.03.2024, which is issued in view of certain orders passed by this Court in WP No.11613/2014, 2527/2017 and 1182/2024. Several Committees have been constituted at different levels to look into the grievance of the teaching and non teaching staff. In Clause 4, more specifically sub-clause 1, it is mentioned that even in a pending matter, if the High Court directs that the grievance of the Petitioner should be considered by the Committee and that the grievance relates to an event khs/July 2024/7059

- 2 - prior to 01.01.2024, the Committee would look into it. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the present case of the Petitioner may be placed before the Competent Committee / Higher Secondary School Committee at Pune. He prays for an early decision.

In view of the above, we permit the Petitioner to place his grievance before the Higher Secondary School Committee chaired by the Director (Education), Higher Secondary, Pune. Written notes of submissions along with case laws to be cited, is permitted. After such application/petition is filed by the Petitioner, we expect the Committee to follow the due procedure laid down in Law and deliver an order within 90 days from the date of lodging of the application. 4.
