In fact, similar review filed by the Government is dismissed by us. We have considered the review application on its own merits. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, the judgment of the Industrial Court is required to be read in consonance with the Government Resolution of the

2 ca 7590.19 year 1995.

The Government Resolution of the year 1995 cannot override the judicial order passed by the Court. Moreover, the order in the writ petition is passed relying upon another judgment of the Division Bench of this Court at its Principal seat at Bombay and the same has been confirmed by the Apex Court. 3.

We do not see any ground to review said order. The review application along with civil application for condonation of delay are rejected.
