This application is filed for restoration of Civil Application No. 7410 of 2024, which stood dismissed on account of non removal of office objections, as per conditional order dated 13.09.2024 passed by this Court. There is delay of 233 days in filing the application. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned and the civil application is restored subject to costs of Rs. 2000/- being deposited with the Creche/Day Care Centre, Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within two weeks from today and also subject to removal of all office objections within four weeks from today.
