This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.2,00,000/-, which is deposited by respondent No.1 management. 2.

The School Tribunal had allowed the appeal by order dated 05.07.2018 directing the management to pay full backwages to the applicant from 14.07.2016 till the date of reinstatement of the applicant i.e. 22.12.2016.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant came to be reinstated.

It is however submitted by the learned counsel for the

2 947-8737-19.doc management that further enquiry was conducted against the applicant and now the applicant is again terminated. Learned counsel for the management opposed this application and submitted that it would difficult to the management to recover the amount. 5.

Be that as it may, insofar as the amount deposited in this Court is concerned, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,00,000/-. 6.

This withdrawal is subject to the outcome of this writ petition. 7.
