The Writ Petition was dismissed for non removal of office objections. Delay of 58 days is caused in filing this Civil Application seeking restoration.

The Respondents oppose the Application.

Delay does not appear to be deliberate or inordinate. For the reasons set out, the Civil Application is allowed. All office objections shall be removed on or before 25th April, 2024, failing which, this order shall stands recalled on 26th April, 2024.
