The petition is allowed. Relief in Prayer Clause 3 & 4 i.e. quashing and setting aside the order dated 15th October 2020 of Sanctioning Authority - the Director General Police is granted, by which the sanction is refused by him to prosecute Police Inspector Hire, is hereby quashed and set aside. The matter is remanded back to the Director General of Police for reconsideration of according the sanction to prosecute P.I. Hire.
