There is an innocuous prayer made in the petition inasmuch as the petitioner has sought direction to respondent no.3 to decide the representation dated 24.06.2016.

In the circumstances, we direct respondent no.3 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 24.06.2016, if not already taken, as expeditiously as possible, however, within a period of four weeks from today and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
