The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that, Petitioner is appearing for CET examination and exploring possibility of admission to the professional course. The Committee be directed to decide the validation proceedings expeditiously. 2.

Learned AGP accepts notice for Respondents/State and submits that the proposal for verification has been filed by the Petitioner only on 22nd June, 2021.

Ofcourse the Petitioner ought to have filed the proposal for verification much earlier.

Considering that the Petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course, the Committee if it is possible

The Petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 18/08/2021.
