The original petitioner passed away. His widow and children, therefore, preferred this application to bring themselves on record as legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. Pending the application, the widow of the deceased petitioner also passed away. We, therefore, allow this application so as to bring on record the children of the petitioner as his legal representatives. Amendment be carried out within three weeks. List the petition on 4th November 2025, at 2.30 p.m.
