Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 raised a preliminary objection and submitted that, alternate statutory remedy is available to the petitioner before the Labour Court for redressal of his grievance mentioned in the petition and without availing the said remedy, he has directly approached this Court. 2.

Facing with the said difficulty, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw present petition with liberty to adopt the alternate remedy available at his disposal. Leave and liberty granted.
