Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents No. 2 to 9 and the learned A.G.P. appearing for the respondents No. 10 and 11.

This is an application for stay to the execution and operation of the impugned Award.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that, due to paucity of the funds at present the applicant is unable to deposit entire amount of compensation which is more than Rs. One Crore Eighty Lakhs. He further stated that, at present the applicant is ready to deposit 50 % amount of compensation within 1/2

In view of the above, the execution and operation of the impugned Award is stayed on the condition that the applicant/appellant shall deposit 50 % amount of compensation in this Court within a period of 12 weeks.
