We have heard Mr Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The learned Counsel submits that the University had given negative recommendation. The petitioner thereafter had clarified that the compliances are made. The Fixed Deposits are also on record. As per annexures '

A' and 'B' of the G.R. dated 15-09-2017, all the necessary compliances are made. The last date for issuance of letter of intent is also over.

Admittedly, the petitioner is not issued with the letter of intent. 31-08-2021 is the last date for issuing final permission to the institution to whom the letter of intent is issued. 4.

In view of that, the request of the petitioner at present cannot be acceded to. It is only for the next year now the proposal of the petitioner can be considered. If the advertisement is issued, the petitioner may apply afresh.
