1] Mr. More, learned counsel submits that after issuance of impugned order, the petitioner has filed objection with the Tahsildar. Same is not considered by the Tahsildar.

2] We have heard the learned AGP who submits that the petitioner has failed to pay the rent from 2009 to 2013 and as such, the action is rightly taken.

3] As the application/representation (page 36) is pending with the Tahsildar, the Tahsildar may take decision on the same, on its own merits expeditiously and preferably within six months. 4] Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
