Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. By consent heard both the sides for final disposal.

Proceeding is filed for quashing of FIR No. 43/2019 registered with Deopur Police Station, Dhule, Dist. Dhule for the offence punishable

2/2 56-CrA-2076-19.doc under Sections 354 (A)(i)(iii), 354 (B), 354 (D), 323, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code.

During arguments, learned counsels for the applicant and first informant submitted that parties have settled the dispute. The affidavit of the first informant is produced on record to the effect that she has no objection to give relief as prayed by the applicant. In view of the nature of the dispute and the contents of the reply, this Court holds that relief needs to be given. However, in view of the nature of allegation and due to such acts, the ladies of our society get harassed and many a times, the future gets destroyed. This Court holds that some cost needs to be imposed on the accused, so that he will not do such act in future. 4.

In the result, application is allowed. Relief is granted in terms of prayer clause 'A', subject to condition that the applicant deposits cost of Rs.15,000/- in this Court within 15 days from today The amount to be credited with High Court Legal Services, Sub-Committee, Aurangabad. 5.

Rule is made absolute in those terms.
