PER COURT : 1.
This is an application seeking review of the order passed by the Division Bench of this court on 10.7.2007. The Writ petitioner/applicant claims that he belongs to 'Mannerwarlu' Scheduled Tribe, however, his caste certificate has been invalidated by the Scrutiny Committee. It is observed in the judgment passed by this Court that, most of the entries pertaining to blood relatives which are placed on record indicates their caste as "Mannerwar". So far as caste entry in respect of real uncle as well as father of the petitioner is concerned, caste entry recorded is Manurwar. Father of the petitioner though was in employment, his caste certificate has not been subjected to scrutiny. The Vigilance Cell has recorded that entries in respect of the petitioner's blood relations including father, uncle, and aunt have been changed with a view to secure the benefits available to their Scheduled Tribe. The petitioner has also failed to establish his ethenic linkage with the Mannerwarlu Scheduled Tribe
RA 19344.2007.odt community.
2.
In this view of the matter, decision rendered by the Division Bench of this court, directing dismissal of the writ petition does not deserve any interference. Review application is devoid of substance, hence, stands rejected.
