Heard Mr. Mundhe, learned advocate. The learned Government Pleader submits that cognizance of filling up of the vacant posts in Health Department is a subject matter in P.I.L. No. 47/2021. The scope of P.I.L. is enlarged and the vacancies throughout the State is a subject matter.

In view of the fact that the grievance made by the petitioner is already subject matter of another P.I.L., we are not inclined to entertain the separate P.I.L. for the same purpose. 3.

The P.I.L. is accordingly disposed of.
