Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent.

Perused the papers of investigation including contents of the first information report.

One Ujwala Dadarao Kamble lodged complaint to the police station alleging that on 6.4.2016 she eloped with another accused and stayed at Shrirampur and returned on 13.4.2016, however, no
complaint was lodged. Thereafter she started residing at her parent's house at village Khandvi, Taluka Gevrai, District Beed. At that time, accused Sukhdeo unnecessarily was abusing her. On 24.6.2016 at about 6.00 to 6.30 p.m. when the informant was preparing meal, accused Sukhdeo and present applicants started abusing informant. Applicant no.1 came and caught hold of hair of informant and dragged her up to the house of applicants where present applicants caught hold her hair and another accused Sukhdeo poured kerosene on her person and set her on fire.

Learned counsel for applicants, on instructions, states that the informant was discharged from hospital in the month of August, 2016.

In view of above, I am of the opinion that no further detention of the applicants is required. Hence, they can be enlarged on bail. 6.
Hence, the following order.
(i) Criminal Application is allowed.
(ii) The applicants shall be released on bail
in connection with Crime No. 111 of 2016, registered with Khultabad police station, District Aurangabad, on his furnishing P.R. bond of Rs. 10,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

Criminal Application is disposed of.
