Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 118/2024 dated 24.5.2024 registered at Bhusawal Police Station, District Jalgaon for the offences punishable under sections 379, 411 r/w. 34 of I.P.C.

It appears that the stolen property is recovered from the scrap dealer. It is alleged that the applicants were involved in the offence of theft. Regular bail has been granted to other accused persons after investigation. This Court by order dated 8.7.2024 had granted interim protection to the applicants on certain conditions and the applicant has complied with the conditions and cooperated with investigation. It appears that the custodial interrogation of the present applicant is not required. 4.

In view of the above, the application is allowed and the interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 8.7.2024 is confirmed. i] The applicants shall attend the police station as and when required.

ii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii] The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 6.

It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
