Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the application. It has been submitted that the applicant has filed civil application for condonation of delay, but there were office objection and same were not removed. Therefore, the Registrar of this court was constrained to refuse registration by order dated 22nd July, 2014. Thereafter, the applicant has filed the present application, seeking review to restore the application at its original stage by setting aide the impugned order passed by the learned Registrar. The matter pertains to compensation under the Motor Vehicles Act. The applicants are legal heirs of the deceased. They undertake to remove the office objections at the earliest.
In view of submissions, and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application stands allowed The order of dismissal of proceeding for non-removal of office objections within stipulated period, dated 22.7.2014 is hereby quashed and set aside. The appeal is restored at its original stage. Registry to do the needful. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
