Learned advocate for the petitioner makes a motion for 'the speaking to the minutes', and states that instead of 20th July, 2015, inadvertently, the notice has been made returnable on 27th July, 2015 in order dated 13th July, 2015. Learned AGP concurs with aforesaid contention.

In view of aforesaid, returnable date be corrected as "20th July, 2015", instead of "27th July, 2015" in the order dated 13th July, 2015. Motion stands disposed of.
