All these appeals are placed before us in today' s Lok-Adalat. The learned counsel for the appellants - Insurance company is present. The learned counsel for the respondents/claimants is also present. The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants want to withdraw the appeals on instruction.

The learned counsel for the appellant has placed on record the letter of authority, which is taken on record and marked ' X'

for identification.

The appellant- Insurance company has accepted the awards passed by the learned concerned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Dhule in Motor Accident Claim Petition Nos. 638 of 2011, 643 of 2011, 637 of 2011, 639 of 2011 and 641 of 2011.

In view of letter of authority issued by the appellants- Oriental Insurance Company, the learned Advocate for the appellants are permitted to withdraw the appeals. The appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

In view of the above, the amount deposited by the appellant Insurance Company before this Court be transmitted to the concerned M.A.C.T., Dhule for facilitating withdrawal of the amount by the claimants. 5.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per Rules. 6.
