Heard the learned counsel for Applicant and the learned counsel for Respondent / original Claimants.

There is a delay of 22 days caused in filing the appeal. For the reasons stated in the application, the Applicant is seeking condonation of delay. This application for condonation of delay was filed in the year 2007 and during the pendency of this application, the application came to be dismissed against Respondents / owner and driver, for which steps are not taken during this period. However, considering the reasons stated in the application and since the learned counsel for Respondent / Claimants has no objection if the delay is condoned, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
