ble Court may kindly grant permission to implement Resolution No.336 passed by the Ad-hoc Committee in its meeting dated 16.05.2023 pursuant to which the applicant is permitted to procure various things / items including Manual Sweeper with Fitter, High Pressure Jet, Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaner, Stainless Steel Tea Jar, Plastic Palette for Storage, Metal Cash Box Drawer, Aluminium Step Ledder, Toilet Cleaner etc, as per chart annexed at Exh-C-2 by E-tender process at an estimated cost of Rs.56,97,076/- required for new darshan line."

After hearing the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, we have held that we would not entertain the prayer "to procure various things" under prayer clause "B". With the deletion of these words, the rest of the prayer clause can be considered. We are informed that the learned Principal District Judge, Chairman of the Committee, has accorded his sanction for the implementation of Resolution No.336 dated 16.05.2023.

In view of the above, this application is partly allowed. Prayer clause (B) is granted subject to deletion of the words "to procure various things / items". This would be subject to requirements as set out in the chart of demands dated 17.04.2023 at page 13 of the application paper-book subject to strictly following the tender procedure.
