1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court has permitted the applicant to withdraw the amount deposited by respondent no.2. The applicant is 82 years old lady, hence, the amount coming to the share of the applicant be transferred to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Shrigonda, District Ahmednagar.

2] The learned counsel for the respondents and the learned AGP have no objection for it.
