DATED : 28 th July, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] Learned counsel Shri Anand Devakate for the applicant submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present bail application, since the court is not inclined to grant bail in favour of the applicant. Prayer accepted. He submitted that the direction be given to the learned trial court for expeditious disposal of Sessions Case No. 28 of 2015, which is pending in the court of the Additional Sessions Judge, Osmanabad. He submitted that all the accused persons are behind the bars.
2] Speedy trial is the right of the accused who are in jail. In that view of the matter, Additional Sessions Judge, Osmanabad, on whose file Sessions Case No. 28 of 2015 is pending, is directed to try and dispose of the said Sessions Case, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of the order. It is
crap3656.15 observed that all the accused shall extend full cooperation to the Additional Sessions Judge for expeditious disposal of the Sessions case.
