Learned AGP has placed on record a notification dated 11.01.2025 issued under Section 11(1) of the Land Acquisition Act, 2023. She submits that said notification is published in the Government Gazette on 13.03.2025. If no objections are received within sixty days, after obtaining approval of Collector, notice under Section 19 will be published. If no objections are received to said notice, by undertaking further procedure final award shall be declared and demand would be raised for the amount of compensation. Communication to that effect addressed to learned Bhagyawant Punde
