1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGP for respondent no.1.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that this Court has permitted the applicants to withdraw the amount by furnishing solvent surety. Accordingly, one solvent surety is arranged by the applicant but the applicants want to replace that solvent surety as the said surety wishes to take loan, hence, requested to allow the applicants to replace the solvent surety.

3] Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B.
