Present application has been filed to bring the legal heirs of the respondent on record. The appeal has been withdrawn by the acquiring body in Lok Adalat dated 10.02.2018 prior to that, the respondent had expired. However, it is stated that the respondent had no idea about the order passed regarding withdrawal. Taking into consideration the fact that the matter has been already disposed of, there is no hurdle in condoning the delay and bringing the legal representatives of respondent No.1 on record. 2.

Civil Application is allowed.
