The grievance of the Petitioner, it appears, is to allow the Petitioner to fill in the Revised Form TRAN-1 and allow the Petitioner to take credit U/Sec. 140(3) of the Central GST Act.

According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, due to technical glitches one column of the amount could not be filled in.

Mr. Dawalkar, learned Counsel appears for Respondents No. 2 and 3 and submits that the

2 wp 4929.2021 Committee has been constituted to look into such grievance namely IT Grievance Redressal Committee. 4.

In view of that, the Petitioner may approach the said Committee through proper channel with the grievance as raised in the present Petition.

Naturally, the same shall be considered by the said Committee in accordance with law and procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
