The petitioner prays that his tribe claim, pending with the Competent Committee since January 2022, be decided within a time frame. The vigilance cell enquiry of the father of the petitioner, has been completed.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, since the vigilance enquiry of the petitioner is not yet completed, the proceedings would be decided within six months.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, with a direction that the said proceedings shall be completed, on or
