DATED : 10TH FEBRUARY,2016 PER COURT :- Mr.Thombre, learned counsel submits that though the grants were sanctioned to the petitioner institution, however, same was not disbursed due to the mistake of the respondents. 2] On the last date, we had asked learned AGP to take instructions as to in how much time the grants which were sanctioned earlier and because of the mistake of the respondents, it has lapsed, will be paid to the petitioner.

3] The learned AGP on instructions states that the matter is moved to the Minority Department and has now been referred to the
