Perused the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 10.12.2014 in Writ Petition No.4104/2014. While disposing of the Writ Petition, this Court granted liberty to the petitioner to approach again if his grievance is not redressed. We do not find any violation of the order. The order itself does not contain any enforceable directions. There are no specifications in the order in respect of the work which is expected to be carried out by the respondents. In our view, there is no case made out for proceeding against the respondents for violating the terms of the order. The contempt petition is misconceived. Hence same is rejected.
