By issuing appropriate writ order or direction in like nature, the respondents may kindly be directed to decide the complaints/representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2021, 29.06.2021, 05.07.2022, 27.10.2022, 01.11.2022, 14/15.11.2022 and 25.05.2022 annexed at Exhibit- "A" Colly to the present writ petition within stipulated period." 2.

The learned Advocate representing the Municipal Corporation submits that the representations would be considered strictly in accordance with the rules and policies applicable. 3.

In view of the above, let this representation be considered by following the due procedure laid down in law, within a period of 60 days.
