The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 5 and submits that in case the applications are pending it would be decided in accordance with law.

In case the applications for rental compensation are filed by the petitioners (Exhibit-D) and if the same are pending with the authority then the authority shall take decision upon it on its own merit after hearing all parties concerned expeditiously preferably within nine months. Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
