Perused the report of the trial Court. The trial Court has communicated that only the testimonies of the Nodal Officer and Investigating Officer are to be recorded and thereafter the statement of accused under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. 2.
Considering the submissions, two months time is sufficient for disposal of the Sessions Case No.85 of 2025. 3.

The trial Court to note that in any case, Sessions Trial shall be disposed of as per the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Tapas Kumar Palit v. State of Chhattisgarh, 2025 SCC OnLine SC 322, it is held that a Sessions Case shall be conducted continuously without interruption. Needless to mention, once a Sessions Case has commenced, it shall not be stopped. Therefore, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within two months. The trial Court is further directed to report accordingly.
