The present Petitioner had approached the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal allowed the original application. The said judgment was assailed by the State by filing writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed confirming the judgment of the Tribunal. Against the said order, the State had filed Special Leave Petition before the Apex Court. The said Special Leave Petition is dismissed. Thereafter, the present contempt petition is filed. The learned AGP states that the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and confirmed upto the Supreme Court is complied. On the contrary, Mr.Bhumkar, learned counsel states that the Respondents are claiming recovery from the Petitioner. This Court had not given any directions. It had only confirmed the judgment of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. In strict sense, the contempt petition would not be tenable before this Court.
