In disposed of Civil Application No. 7387 of 2025 and Civil Application No. 7389 of 2025, applicants are seeking leave to correct middle name of claimant Taramati Haridas Jadhav. She is legal heir of Sadashiv Atmaram Mangle. It is submitted that her husband's name is 'Hari' and not "Haridas", which is wrongly mentioned in the title cause of the application and in the body of the application. He seeks leave to correct the middle name of Taramati Jadhav.

There is no reason to doubt the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants. Leave is granted to correct the middle name of Taramati Jadhav as 'Hari' instead of "Haridas" in the title cause as well as body of the civil application. Same correction shall be carried out in the appeal memo also. 3.

Amendment shall be carried out within a period of two (02) weeks from today.
