The Petitioner claims to be a follower of the Sikh religion and being a devotee, has filed this petition with the prayer that this Court may issue a Writ of Mandamus to the Principal Secretary, Department of Revenue and Forest and the District Collector, Nanded to initiate inquiry into the decisions taken by Respondent No.3 ever since his appointment vide notification dated 29.03.2023, till today.

The contention of the Petitioner is that since he is a devotee, he desires that action should be initiated against the Administrator, as he is acting highhandedly.

A Writ Petition is already filed, bearing Writ Petition No.10553/2022, before this Court by Sardar Paramjot Singh Arjun Singh Chahel Vs. The State of Maharashtra Through the Principal Secretary and others, wherein, an order has been passed on 20.12.2022 restricting the said Administrator from taking any policy decision or major financial decisions. In the said case as well, the day to day activities of the said Administrator have been assailed as a ground for initiating action against him.

In view of the above, this petition need not be entertained as there is already a petition pending before this Court and more so, if this petition having been filed through a devotee is entertained, several devotees are likely to approach this Court by filing petitions and flood gates for filing such petitions would be opened. 5.

This petition is, therefore, disposed off.
