The learned Advocate for Respondent No.3- Headmaster submits on instructions that after Respondent No.1 raised queries, a rectified proposal has already been forwarded. Insofar as the 7th Pay Commission difference amounts are concerned, the Headmaster would be tendering a proposal by tomorrow. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he is satisfied.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the observation that Respondent No.1 shall process the said proposals by following due procedure laid down in law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of 60 days.

Needless to state, the introduction of the Model Code of Conduct, would not be an impediment.
