For the reasons to be recorded separately, following order is passed:-
O R D E R
I.
All the bail applications are allowed.
II.
The applicants in connection with Crime No.22 of 2025, registered at Tamalwadi Police Station, District Dharashiv, for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 21(b), 27 29 of of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each with one surety each of the like amount on following conditions:- a) The applicants shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses and tamper with the
prosecution evidence, in any manner.
b) The applicants shall not enter into Dharashiv Tahsil, till the conclusion of trial, except on the dates fixed by the Special Court for attending the trial.
c) The applicants shall not indulge in similar or any illegal activities again.
III.
If the applicants commit a breach of any of the above conditions, the investigating officer / concerned police station / prosecution are at liberty to file application(s) for cancellation of bail before the Special Court, or the learned Special Court may suo-moto proceed against the applicants for cancellation of bail of these applicants. If such application(s) is/are filed, the learned Special Court seized with the case(s) is at liberty to decide the said application(s) on merits, though the bail is granted by this Court.
