Mr. Lohade, learned counsel holding for Mr Thombre, Advocate for the petitioners, prayed for withdrawal of the petition on written instructions received by the learned counsel. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 5 submitted that there were certain parallel proceedings initiated before the competent civil court. The parties arrived at compromise and the matter was disposed of in view of the terms of compromise arrived at by and between the parties on 16.12.2019. It seems that the petition was filed in the year 2018 and the fact that parallel proceeding was pending before the competent civil court and that proceeding was disposed of was not brought to the notice of this Court. As the counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the petition, while allowing withdrawal, we may record our displeasure on the course adopted by the parties, particularly the petitioner. With this displeasure, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
