The learned Counsel appearing for Petitioner, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 2.

The present petition challenges order dated 15.06.2022 passed by the Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Nashik holding that the grievance of Petitioner with regard to the age of retirement would fall beyond the scope of Section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of the Private School Act, 1977 (for short the 'MEPS') Act. Petitioner will be free to adopt such remedy as may available to him under law with regard to his grievance relating to the age of retirement. 3.
