The learned counsel submits that the proposal for sanction of the non-teaching posts was initially forwarded to the Deputy Director of Education and the Deputy Director of Education had forwarded it to the Director of Education on 21.12.2012 and subsequently the same has been forwarded to the State Government in July 2013. The same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1, 3 and 4.

In case, the proposal for sanction of the non-teaching posts is forwarded by the Director of Education to the State Government and if the same

(2) 37-wp-7899-2019 is pending with the State Government, the State Government shall take decision on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
