The Court has passed an order dated 07.07.2023 allowing the wife to withdraw the amount. However, she has difficulty to get that amount as her bank account is in her maiden name. After marriage, she did not change her name. Therefore, she is facing the difficulty. Hence, it has been requested to issue a cheque to her maiden name "Swati D/o Ankush Misal".

Considering the facts, the Office is directed to issue a cheque to the respondent in her maiden name "Swati D/o Ankush Misal" instead of "Swati Laxman Takwale".

Praceipe stands disposed of.
