Learned counsel for applicants submits that respondent No.2 Sitabai is died during pendency of the appeal. Hence her name be deleted from the title clause.

Learned counsel further submits that respondent No.3's name is mentioned as "Sharad Madhukar Dunage" but it should be "Sharada Madhukar Dunage". Hence, requested to allow the correction in the title clause.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for applicants and learned AGP, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'.
